All over the world due to virus lockdown is going on and due to it, all human are being at home. but due to long lockdown, all people are getting irritated so what we can do at home...

1.COOKING:


Cooking with helping to relieve depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and other conditions.


2.PLAY AN INSTRUMENT:


Playing an instrument can provide a deeper level of relief from stress and anxiety. Making music and playing an instrument is a more immersive experience than listening passively. It can limit stress and keep depression and anxiety at bay.


3.SKETCHING:


It helps to manage behaviours, process feelings, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase self-esteem.


4.EXERCISE:



Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal.


5.LEARN NEW LANGUAGE:



By learning a new language an adult, you can ward off the potential of cognitive decline. It has been found that people who can speak two or more languages have healthier brains and avoid dementia-related diseases by up to five years. Keep your brain active and healthy, for longer!
